We offer 3 retreats each with their own private outdoor hot tub spa. All three properties have unlimited free wifi. The Sutton Spring Art & Spa Retreat property is available to be rented for couples or as a whole, for functions and large groups, accommodating up to 12 guests. |

Our Art
The property displays unique original pieces from the owners, various local and overseas artists. All our private retreats have been adorned with one of a kind Botanical illustrations, glasswork, paintings, printmaking, photography, wood carvings and metal sculptures. Our Town & Area
You have only a short walk to the shops, galleries, restaurants on Vincent Street and to the lake precinct and mineral springs. The property is adjacent to the famous Amazing Mill Market and is on the head of the Great Dividing Trail and the natural experience of the Wombat State Forest.
